Shiprock Northwest Falcons
Athletic Program

Shiprock Northwest Middle/High School Athletics play an important role in student life at Shiprock Northwest Middle/High School.

As a member of the New Mexico Activities Association (NMAA), our interscholastic athletic program is grounded in Diné values such as

K’é (kinship and respect for one another),

Hózhó (balance, harmony, and wellness), and

T’áá hwó’ ajít’éego (self-determination and personal responsibility).

Our athletic program encourages students to compete with class while supporting their teammates, coaches, opponents, and community with integrity, respect, and sportsmanship.
